Title: Unable to create custom selection based on numbers

Hi,
I just downloaded the trial version and tried to create a real-world location. but when I try to select the reagin to download it gives me the option to create box selection using the mouse cursor. but I want to create a selection box by adding custom size to get maximum acuracy.

Hi Ibtesam,
Some nordic locations are not provided by OpenTopography. This is the case for this location.
Use Mapbox instead: it's free to create an account and the upper download limit is very high indeed.

In addition, we also met the case where the firewall was blocking the requests. Check that is is not the case for you.
